We are NOT simply a consulting firm that ends a project by dropping off a 500 page report and then says, “Good luck!” We present you with recommendations and an action plan. We work with your executive team to ensure that you can effectively implement and measure our recommendations for the desired results with built-in accountability.
Data Collection
We offer you options of our off-the-shelf SOS Survey, or you can customize certain questions and fields. To get started all we need are the email addresses of the people you wish to survey.
Analysis
We typically generate results in less than 3 weeks. You see your own company data, as well as industry and internal bench marks.
Recommendations
We share all the results from YOUR survey. We point out strengths and highlight any deficiencies.
If appropriate, we highlight how you can benefit from our Sales Optics process – Adding data collection from current/previous/potential customers, partners, and industry consultants.
Data Collection

We also access inside sales teams, field sales teams, and pre-sales support. We investigate how well all of these teams are aligned.
Recommendations
We provide our clients with data that can be used to update their on-boarding process, and information that could be used to enhance sales enablement. Our recommendations are detailed and specific on how to get noticed by more prospects.
